Mr Costas Charles FCCA

The founder of our organisation who set up the practice over 35 years ago. He started the hard way by touring the country trying to get clients and has successful built the practice organically. Our firm now boasts in excess of 600 clients ranging from sole traders to medium sized companies based mainly in London and the South East but also as far as Cheshire. As a sign of our success we still look after the same clients that Mr Charles signed up over 35 years ago!

Mr C Charles is also a successful property investor and has managed to build his property portfolio in the most tax efficient manner possible and is always willing to share his experience and expertise with our clients! Mr Nicholas Charles BA (Hons) ACCA

Nicholas gained his ACCA accreditation by working for 3 years in a top 20 accountancy firm, Chantrey Vellacott DFK. This experience proved invaluable and he has successful brought his new and innovative ideas to our firm. Nicholas achieved first time passes in his ACCA examinations and also managed to gain a 2:1 Accountancy and Finance degree all within 4 years!

Nicholas is also an enthusiastic property investor and is a property tax expert. He has managed to build a large network of contacts and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with our clients to show them how to build their businesses and property portfolios in the most tax efficient manner.

Ms Theognosia Cotsapa FCCA - Consultant

Ms Cotsapa qualified over 25 years ago as an accountant under the ACCA and her vast experience has proved invaluable to our organisation. She is an expert in looking after the accountancy and tax affairs of small and medium sized businesses.

Ms Cotsapa is also an expert in dealing with Tax and VAT investigations. She also provides tax consultancy services. C Charles & Co has been utilising her expertise for 23 years!

Mr Demetri Demetriou BA ABE MBA - Consultant

Demetri is our in house tax investigations expert. His knowledge and experience in dealing with the Inland Revenue is immeasurable and greatly appreciated by our clients! Demetri has been providing our firm with high level tax and accounts consultancy services for over 20 years which has provided our business with the required stability to enable us to grow successfully year on year.

Mr Demetrios Bismpas - BA MBA

Demetrios joined our firm over 4 years ago and is responsible for looking after the books and records of all our clients. He has a team of 4 working directly underneath him so that our strict deadlines are met with maximum efficiency.
